1. The item I want is stated as pre-order only.How do I place an order?
Please contact us for any enquiries
on pre-order items. Average waiting time for a pre-order is 2-4 weeks, but do
note that in some cases, waiting time can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on
availability.

on out-of-stock items. Depending on the item we may or may not be able to
accept a backorder. Average waiting time for a backorder is 2-4 weeks, but do

2. I saw a particular design or colour on another website but it is not listed on your website, can I order it?
RPM strives to assist all our customers to the best of our ability. Should you want an item from any of the
brands we carry but don’t see it listed on our website, please contact us with
your request. Do note that waiting time can take up to 4-6 weeks.
3. There are so many types of Papabike carbon bikes on pre-order. How do I choose which one is right for my child?
Papabike is very popular in China,
Japan, Indonesia and Thailand. A reason for that is the range of high quality
frames that we offer for parents to find the best fit for their child.
Depending on your child’s height and riding style, papabike has many different
geometries for you to choose from.
Similar to purchasing a bicycle,
geometry, frame material, build quality are some factors that differ between
each model and across different brands.
A good starting point would be to
check out our catalogue on the website to find suitable bikes/bike
frames for your child’s height. After that, depending on your child’s riding
posture, you can select the best frame for your kid’s style.

Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally
At the moment we only ship locally
within Singapore, and to Malaysia. We are currently working on shipping
arrangements to other countries. If you with to purchase an item on our
webstore but don’t not reside in Singapore or Malaysia, drop us an email to
enquire.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We strive to dispatch all in-stock
purchases within 1 - 2 working days after receipt of payment. All domestic
orders are sent via courier service and can take up to 3-5 business days to
arrive. For international customers, please contact us directly for a quote.
Should you require an urgent delivery, drop us a message on our Instagram
account @ridepushmove and we will try our best to facilitate.

specific product page or contact us for more information.
3. Can I choose which method of shipping I want?
RPM will decide the most appropriate
delivery method for your purchase. We will not entertain requests for a
specific method of delivery. Please contact us directly if you have any urgent
requests.
4. Is there free shipping for local orders (Singapore)?
Free local shipping is provided on
all orders above $300, otherwise a flat rate of $5 applies.
Returns and Exchanges
1. I have changed my mind about my purchase. Can I request for a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, RPM will not
entertain any requests for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that you are
certain of your purchase before confirming your order.
2. There is a defect on the product I purchased. Can I return and exchange it?
All requests for a return and exchange due to an
alleged defect must be made in writing within 7 working days from receipt of
items with photo evidence. RPM will then assess the alleged defect and consult
with the manufacturer to advise on an appropriate course of action. Please note
that our decision is final. For items under warranty, standard warranty terms
apply.
Payment
1. What payment methods can I use?
RPM accepts all major credit cards
via secure checkout on shopify. We also accept payment via paynow to our UEN
202415071D.
2. Will my order be cancelled if I don’t pay within a certain time frame?
Yes. All payments via paynow are to
be made within 24 hours of order confirmation or your purchase will be voided.
